What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

I use writing to cope with negative thoughts. Im not just talking about music either. I have started writing a book with a sci-fi/action feel. I see myself in some of the characters and some of my friends in others. I also based some characters on my family members too. I just write down my thoughts too. I guess it’s kind of like a journal of my life. I feel writing can help with expressing your feelings and give you an outlet to get that negative energy away from you. Put it on paper!

Monday Motivation

I didn’t get to post earlier today. I slept in after last night. We had fun hanging out talking about life music and business. The ups the downs and the hope for a brighter future. We have different lives but we all have similar goals. Im truly blessed to have friends who motivate and at times educate. We all need to talk more and honestly just chill. The world is very crazy right now but it has always been crazy to me. Human beings are really cool. We create, build, invent, and so much more. These days people are literally bashing humanity and themselves. I find it kind of strange honestly. I mean I have my frustrations with people and the way we choose to live in this world but damn we’re not all that bad. Im trying to stay positive and you should too. Let’s start by working on ourselves first. Thats the one thing we can control ourselves! So start there. Workout, write something, grow something, etc. We can build a better place for all of us.
