I removed some of my older songs today. It was cool going back and listening to the music I made years ago. I was kind of like man what was I doing lol. It wasn’t that bad but now I know what we’re capable of and we have to hold ourselves to a higher standard. I have learned so much by being consistent and constantly creating music. My beats and even my album covers have gotten so much better. Im proud of myself and the artist I work with. We have come a long way. Im going to go back and use the songs I still like as singles for the future. Just master them again and add some effects. You have to be your own worst critic. I think that is extremely important. I cannot wait for August 7th! Trap N Purgatory is so fun and cool at the same time. I love being creative and expressing myself with music. Im also writing a book I think could turn into a series. I don’t really talk about it much because I like to have things close to being done before I talk about it. I just felt like bringing it up today. The energy is so positive lately in my life. I am blessed. Hope you all have a great day.
Happy Birthday to me 32 and still strong as ever!
It’s summer time and everyone is hitting the beach and going on vacation. We’re eating out more and enjoying some adult beverages from time to time. Which is fine by the way. Sometimes we find it hard to stay in our typical eating patterns when enjoying summer fun. I know I do. I think the best way to counter this is to Lift a little longer and a little more cardio. I extend my workouts by about 30 minutes and I mix up my routine a little bit. This does help keep my body fat in check. I like to go for a jog or long walk with my wife on cooler days. Hiking and boxing are great ways to stay lean in the summer also. Remember to drink your water! I have some full body workouts for you below. I do these more often in the summer. Just to stay in shape and maintain while on the road.
Body Squats 5 sets
Push ups 5 sets
Crunches 5 sets
Dumbbell military Press 5 sets
Jump rope 10 minutes
Speed bag or heavy bag 20 minutes
If you don’t have a bag try some Shadow boxing.
I do this 3 to 5 days a week.
This is the first day of my weekly blog Im starting this week! Today’s topic is Music! Some of you may know I’m an artist. I’m so excited to announce we have successfully finished our new collab album. Trap ‘N’ Purgatory will be available August 7th! This album was really fun to make. The combination of funny and intense skits between tracks works perfect. I cannot wait for my listeners to hear this project. The album is worth every minute of your time! This is a cool story about two friends who have been tossed into Purgatory. A place where sinners go to have a chance to redeem themselves and make it into heaven. The album talks about many topics Stress, betrayal, temptation, and more. This album combines modern trap style beats with deep lyrics and occasionally some auto tune. Check it out August 7th! You can Pre save the album below. I also have my social media and youtube links also! Thank you.
I have been thinking of ways to connect more with everyone and I think I have finally come up with a game plan. Starting next week Monday through Friday I will cover a certain topic and share my thoughts on it. I think this will be fun. This way I can get to know you and you can get to know me. On the weekends I will be sharing some things also.
It truly is a blessing to work with your friends and chase after your dreams together. My latest feature I did is the product of that. Just chilln is just two men trying to make it through life while raising their children in this crazy world. We speak on many different topics including family, music, money and survival.
This is a positive track. I personally enjoyed it. I refuse to let this world get me down. Just chilling with your friends and family can make even the hardest times seem so little. The most important thing in life is happiness. Focus on your blessings. You can checkout just chillin on Youtube, Spotify, Apple music etc. Links Below! Enjoy! You can check out his other tracks below too.

Living a healthy lifestyle can be difficult for some people these days. Especially when you’re a parent and you’re trying to balance work and family. A lot of my peers say I just don’t have time. We always have time to get into shape you just have to dedicate yourself 30 to 45 minutes a day. Also continuing your routine weekly is very important. Consistency is key! The gym is not a necessity. I prefer to workout from home mostly because no one is in my way. Some people struggle with this. They say they lack motivation. I get it! I have a list of things I do that help me when I workout from home.
- I turn on Rocky or another movie with martial arts. This is a big help for me. Motivational movies or tv shows help a lot!
2. I switch up my routine. On chest day I do pushups or other chest exercises besides bench press.
3. I put on earphones and listen to music or books, speakers that I like etc.
4. Stick to your schedule no matter what!
5. Create a nice workout space.
Just remember to always push yourself!
I hope this helps!

I will always remember the day I decided to pursue a career in music. I was just 19 years old and I had always been around music my entire life. My mother was a piano teacher and my sister played guitar. My father was also a really good singer. I kept going back and forth between Musician or Boxer. My two favorite things to do. They always both seem to come back in my life at different points.
I finally make money off my music now and I’m so grateful everyday. I’d like to say thank you to everyone that supported me from the beginning. My friends and family have been awesome. Well some friends and family. Mostly my wife and my sister in law have been awesome. A couple of my friends have been there from the start. The most support has come from complete strangers who I have gotten to know. What an amazing feeling to connect with people through music. I truly am thankful everyday. You all make it worth it. Im not where I want to be just yet but Im closer thanks to you! Have a blessed day. New here? Check out my music below.
