100 Pushups

Military Press 6 sets 10-20 Reps

Lateral Raises 6 Sets 10-20 Reps

Front Raises 6 Sets 10-20 Reps

Calve Raises 6 Sets 10-20 Reps

Body Squats with a 25 or 35 Pound Plate 100 Reps

I use medium weight right now.

Ladies This is what my wife does on Push Day!

Hip Thrust 5 Sets

Squats 5 sets with booty bands or Weight bar

Calve Raises 5 sets

Big things coming this Summer!

I have many projects coming this summer but I’m also working on other artist projects which is very exciting for me. I enjoy being the featured artist. It allows me to just focus on recording which is the fun part! I also appreciate it when other artist notice my talent and want me to be apart of theirs! So dope!

Fitness is an investment!

Working out has many benefits. Strength, conditioning, stress relief etc. It’s also an investment. Think about the money you could be saving in the future and the stress you may be saving your family from. I look at my workout as an investment for my future health and wealth. I really am fighting to keep away from expensive hospital bills. My family struggled so much when I was growing up because of loved ones health issues. I refuse to let it happen to me or my wife. I know its not impossible to be healthy then all of sudden an issue comes up but I will do my best to prevent it. So keep pushing those weights they may save your life one day!

Stop the Distractions

These days we have so many distractions. The news, social media, movies, shows, etc. Once you understand this it’s pretty amazing how much you can actually achieve. The news is nothing but negativity. Im not saying that the issues aren’t important but if we were being honest we know the news doesn’t provide healthy dialogue. Thats achieved with your peers and family. The shows on tv are distracting you from your goals! I removed all streaming services a couple years ago and we are doing just fine. We are getting things done around the house. Such as making our own garden and improving the yard. We have more time to workout and stay in shape. We talk more with our kids and each other. The world is always going to be crazy and messed up. I prefer to focus on my goals and what I can control which is my own life. Once you focus on your goals and personal growth the world doesn’t seem so negative. Remember control what you can control! Thats your own life. Constantly worrying about stuff you see on the internet is toxic and just a plain waste of time! Have a blessed day!

Role Model

I have many reasons for working out and eating right. The most important reason is my family. I want to be the best version of myself for my wife & our children. They need me healthy and focused just as much as I need them. The focus is body positivity and being fit but I will always be motivated by my family. It’s so difficult staying motivated everyday. So I try to find different reasons daily. I look up health benefits of lifting weights and eating right. It’s good for your relationship with your partner for multiple reasons. It’s great for your children to see their parents active and healthy. It’s never too late to get up and get going! Have a blessed day everyone. Thank you for Following my blog!

Rest

I’ve been weight training for years and I always have to remind myself to take a break. When is the best time? Whenever you feel it needs to happen! We have to give ourselves mental and physical breaks. If not you could become lazy and believe it or not weaker when it comes to training. I’ve been taking two rest days a week this past month. I feel so much better and less stressed. It has also made me feel more motivated to get stronger and leaner. So relax and enjoy the warm weather! Have a blessed weekend.

Never too Late!!!

I’m feeling more motivated lately. The business part of my life is starting to really grow. All the hard work finally paying off. Plenty of times I thought of stopping and just making my passion more of a hobby. Im so glad I didn’t stop! It’s never too late for you to start your dreams or make new goals. Growth is a part of life. We grow we change which is good! This is a good thing it means you’re growing! So start that business, make new plans, buy a house or sell it whatever!
