Lately some of my followers and friends have been asking me about my workout routine.

So here here it is!

Monday: Bench Press 5 to 6 sets or Pushups (If you don’t have a bench)

Lat Raises 3 to 4 sets

Hammer Curls 3 to 4 Sets

Standard Bicep Curls 3 to 4 Sets

Crunches

Tuesday Leg Day! Squats weighted or body 5 to 6 sets

Lunges, Calve raise, and Leg extensions 5 to 6 sets!

Wednesday Rest day I would go for a walk or Jog

Thursday My Favorite! Military Press 5 to 6 Sets

Lat Raises 3 to 4 sets

Pushups 3 to 4 sets

Shrugs and Crunches! 3 to 4 Sets

Friday I repeat Leg day! or Deadlift very heavy for 5 to 6 sets.

Sat and Sunday I Rest or go for a run

Blog Post Take time to say thank you!

I will always remember the day I decided to pursue a career in music. I was just 19 years old and I had always been around music my entire life. My mother was a piano teacher and my sister played guitar. My father was also a really good singer. I kept going back and forth between Musician or Boxer. My two favorite things to do. They always both seem to come back in my life at different points.

I finally make money off my music now and I’m so grateful everyday. I’d like to say thank you to everyone that supported me from the beginning. My friends and family have been awesome. Well some friends and family. Mostly my wife and my sister in law have been awesome. A couple of my friends have been there from the start. The most support has come from complete strangers who I have gotten to know. What an amazing feeling to connect with people through music. I truly am thankful everyday. You all make it worth it. Daily Blog post Retribution

Today I look back on my album Retribution. If you haven’t heard it before I will be posting the youtube link below. I would never recommend to anyone to dwell in their past, but sometimes it can be beneficial to look back and reflect. I use my past for motivation on some projects. The truth is our past is important.

How do I deal with the past events that changed my life forever? I train my body, mind and spirit. Fitness is one of the most important parts of my life. I love the challenge it presents with every rep and set. I feel the stress leaving my body. I enjoy reading and writing stories. Being creative is also very empowering. I feel meditation is something everyone should consider trying. I know it’s not for everyone. Some people prefer prayer which is also fine. Try to find as many things as you can to inspire you and keep you healthy. Family and friends are very important but you have to learn to be happy with yourself too.

Forgive but never forget and move on!

Daily Blog Post My daughter turns six!

I cannot believe my little girl is already six years old. When I was younger everyone told me time fly’s when you’re older and it certainly does. These times are filled with so much drama and negative headlines. It’s nice to have my own space full of peace and love. My daughter is responsible for a lot of that. She is so sweet, intelligent and gifted in many things. I’m so honored to be her father. I’m so blessed to have this family. Happy birthday Lilli!

I made a song right after she was born dedicated to her and her mother. They were a huge part in getting me back on track. I will love these two ladies for the rest of my life.
