This is for anyone that doesn’t know me personally. I make music for a living I’ve been making enough to support my family for a couple years now. Ive become so thankful these past few years. I actually enjoy what I do for money. Thats rare in itself for most people. This didn’t come easy by any means. I struggled greatly in my early life. I made a couple mistakes when I was 19 and it changed the direction of my life dearly. I had a criminal background & I still have the job applications that never gave me a chance. I was flagged and thrown in the trash. I also keep over 100 jobs that turned me down because of my background in my filing cabinets. This motivated me to keep pushing and focus on my music. I had to create music to live a decent life. All I could do for work was construction and get laid off every time the job was finished. I was not going to keep living that life. Im so happy and blessed to be where I am at. Support means so much more to me!

How do I stay on top of my workout schedule?
I get it over with! That doesn’t mean I rush through it but the earlier I start the better. If I can get it done in the morning Im good the rest of the day. Now I can focus on my work and helping around the house in the evening. It also gives me energy for the day. So Brew some coffee or grab a redbull and start the workout early! Have a blessed weekend Everyone!
Today I worked on Shoulders, Arms and Legs
Dumbbell Overhead Press 4-5 sets
Curls 4-5 sets
Hammer Curls 4-5 sets
Squats 4-5 sets
Calve raises 4-5 Sets
Friday Workout!
It’s Friday let’s have a great one! Last day before my rest day.
The workouts are Upper body!
Bench press 3 sets for 8-12 reps or Pushups 3 sets
Lat raises 3 Sets 8-12 Reps
Shoulder press 3 sets 8-12 Reps
Curls 3 sets 8-12 Reps
Crunches Lets Aim for 100!
After I have a 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein Shake.

New Workout plan
I’ve started a new workout plan while Im on a 8 week cut with my wife. I focus on upper body and my wife focuses on lower body. We work out together every day.
Ladies her workout goes like this.
Lower Body Deadlift 4 sets 8-12 Barbell Squat 4 sets 8-12 Calve Raises 4 Sets 8-12 Hip Extensions 4 sets 8-12 and ABS every day.
Upper body Bench Press Military Press and Curls 4 Sets Each 8-12 Reps We focus more on light weight and Reps on her Upper body Day.
Mine is Upper body Bench Military Curls and abs 5 Sets 6-10 Reps Lift Heavy!
Lower Body Calve Raises Squats and Dead lift 5 Sets Each 6-10 Reps Lift Heavy!
Of course I simplified this with the basic Workouts but I also do Some extra exercises. I just wanted to tell you the basic workouts.
We are currently at 195 bodyweight for me. My wife is at 153. My goal 185 hers 145 shes winning! lol
