The workouts are Upper body!

Bench press 3 sets for 8-12 reps or Pushups 3 sets

Lat raises 3 Sets 8-12 Reps

Shoulder press 3 sets 8-12 Reps

Curls 3 sets 8-12 Reps

Crunches Lets Aim for 100!
