Goals

Goals matter! I will never understand a person that doesn’t have goals. I try to live life everyday with some type of goal. It could be working out or as simple as being active. Such as just going for a walk. I cannot stand just sitting around all day. We are humans so down time is important too. I just like to relax by the water and go fishing but even then Im still doing something lol. Down time is important but so is your goals. Lose that last 10 pounds or write that song you’ve been putting off for so long. Learn something or read a new book. Do your own research on important topics. The media isn’t going to. Make sure you always have a new goal. Doesn’t matter how difficult and always remember to chill also. Have a blessed day!

Stop the Distractions

These days we have so many distractions. The news, social media, movies, shows, etc. Once you understand this it’s pretty amazing how much you can actually achieve. The news is nothing but negativity. Im not saying that the issues aren’t important but if we were being honest we know the news doesn’t provide healthy dialogue. Thats achieved with your peers and family. The shows on tv are distracting you from your goals! I removed all streaming services a couple years ago and we are doing just fine. We are getting things done around the house. Such as making our own garden and improving the yard. We have more time to workout and stay in shape. We talk more with our kids and each other. The world is always going to be crazy and messed up. I prefer to focus on my goals and what I can control which is my own life. Once you focus on your goals and personal growth the world doesn’t seem so negative. Remember control what you can control! Thats your own life. Constantly worrying about stuff you see on the internet is toxic and just a plain waste of time! Have a blessed day!

Never too Late!!!

I’m feeling more motivated lately. The business part of my life is starting to really grow. All the hard work finally paying off. Plenty of times I thought of stopping and just making my passion more of a hobby. Im so glad I didn’t stop! It’s never too late for you to start your dreams or make new goals. Growth is a part of life. We grow we change which is good! This is a good thing it means you’re growing! So start that business, make new plans, buy a house or sell it whatever! Just make sure you live your life! Have a blessed day!

My Workout Buddy!

Train together Stay together! Play together Stay together! We’ve been in a relationship for over 12 years! I cannot believe it’s been this long already. Im thankful to you for always being by my side! These days everyone is always stressing about money and the future. We do this too but our families happiness always comes first. We need each other. I honestly feel that without this person my goals would’ve never happened the way they have. Im truly blessed and thankful.

Fitness Goals

Anything worth doing is going to take time and effort. Everything these days is so convenient and fast. Getting in shape is still one of the hardest things to accomplish. I’m taking a little longer than expected to achieve my goal but I’m pushing. The holidays didn’t help lol but I’m focused and continuing to move forward. If anyone needs some advice or guidance just let me know!

Say goodbye to 2021

This was a strange year to say the least. The world is a strange place these days anyways. I hope everyone made it through and accomplished some goals on the way or set some goals for the New year. I reached some milestones this year. Over a thousand subscribers on youtube check. I gained some more followers on streaming sites. We created a great album over the summer. Im very proud of the work we did this year. New music videos songs and albums. My wife was able to stop work because of my business and focus on the kids with me. Im very excited for 2022. I want to continue to get in shape, keep staying away from alcohol and quit smoking cigars. Thats my personal goals this year and the music goals are keep growing and collabs. This new year will be great if we continue to progress together and stay positive! Whats your goals this year?

Motivation Monday

Im going to write about the scale today. That thing some of us are scared to step on in the morning. Sometimes I get frustrated with people online that think everything is about weight. This is ridiculous to some us that lift weights on the regular because we know that weight doesn’t really tell the whole story when you’re a lifter! I get pissed off at dudes online that talk down female lifters who are clearly in great shape for being too heavy. What the hell does that mean? lol I honestly think some of it is jealousy forreal. Some of those women can lift more and they’re jealous. The other thing is those people are obsessed with the scale because the famous health chart on google. You know the one that just puts the ideal weight for individuals based on their gender and height. That scale isn’t correct. Take me for example I am 5’8 and weigh around 195. Im not fat at all but I am overweight. I lift heavy and eat a decent amount of food to bulk then I cut to about 185. Which is still overweight according to the chart. I could careless honestly. Sometimes we have to ignore the noise and just stay focused on our goals. We can do it. Ladies and gentlemen You are capable of being in shape no matter your age height or weight. Stay blessed and keep going!

Daily Blog post Goals & Time

Goals are important! I never was a fan of excuses. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had conversations with people discussing the latest show thats on Netflix or Hulu. They always tell me how good it is and how many episodes they’ve watched in a row. Then immediately after were discussing ideas and plans to get back in shape or lose weight. What comes next always makes me laugh inside. “Time I just don’t have it” The most frustrating phrase for someone like me to hear.

I’m not saying that I haven’t fallen in to the trap of television, overeating, smoking or whatever unhealthy habit you can think of. Im not judging anyone but if you’re going to change your life for the better. You will need time! Making time for your goals is a challenge between work, family, and daily chores that just have to be done. It wont be easy but every goal will require sacrifice. Thats just the way it is. Want bigger arms? Lift bigger weights. Want to be a small business owner? You will fail over and over but its worth it. It will also require time!

I always get frustrated when I’m pulled away from a project or my workout routine. One of the hardest things in life to do is learn to say no. You will have to learn that word more and more when you start off on any adventure wether it be getting into shape, starting a business, etc. I came to terms with this years ago. Set Goals make time and Grind! Have a blessed day.
