Monday Workout

I switched up my routine a little bit lately. Today I will focus mostly on my chest and shoulders.

Bench Press 3-5 sets

Push ups

Incline bench press 3-5 sets

Over head press 3-5 sets

Lateral Raises 3-5 sets

I will also throw some calve raises in for 3-5 sets. I work my calves 3 to 4 times a week. That is one of your most stubborn muscles to grow.

Role Model

I have many reasons for working out and eating right. The most important reason is my family. I want to be the best version of myself for my wife & our children. They need me healthy and focused just as much as I need them. The focus is body positivity and being fit but I will always be motivated by my family. It’s so difficult staying motivated everyday. So I try to find different reasons daily. I look up health benefits of lifting weights and eating right. It’s good for your relationship with your partner for multiple reasons. Rest

I’ve been weight training for years and I always have to remind myself to take a break. When is the best time? Whenever you feel it needs to happen! We have to give ourselves mental and physical breaks. If not you could become lazy and believe it or not weaker when it comes to training. I’ve been taking two rest days a week this past month. I feel so much better and less stressed. It has also made me feel more motivated to get stronger and leaner. So relax and enjoy the warm weather! Have a blessed weekend.

Say goodbye to 2021

This was a strange year to say the least. The world is a strange place these days anyways. I hope everyone made it through and accomplished some goals on the way or set some goals for the New year. I reached some milestones this year. Over a thousand subscribers on youtube check. I gained some more followers on streaming sites. We created a great album over the summer. Im very proud of the work we did this year. New music videos songs and albums. My wife was able to stop work because of my business and focus on the kids with me. Im very excited for 2022. I want to continue to get in shape, keep staying away from alcohol and quit smoking cigars. Thats my personal goals this year and the music goals are keep growing and collabs. This new year will be great if we continue to progress together and stay positive! Whats your goals this year?
