As I’ve grown in these last few years. I have changed how I look at things which includes business, friendships, relationships etc. One of the biggest things has been letting people go. I had some very close friends that I hardly speak to anymore. Im not angry or vengeful but sometimes it does bother me a little. The thing is after I let these people go I actually feel better than ever. Im lifting weights and eating right. I’ve quit drinking alcohol except for wine or a beer every once in a while. I had a few glasses of wine this past week. I hadn’t had any alcohol for almost 7 months prior to that. My discipline has gotten better. My business is growing and Im supporting my family. Bottom line is sometimes letting go of people actually is great for you spiritually. I enjoy my own company like I always have but now its like a superpower. When you can hangout by yourself that is a blessing. I know a lot of people who absolutely hate being alone but I enjoy it. So stay strong and invest in yourself. You are capable of great things when you give yourself the time! Have a blessed day!

Monday Motivation
I didn’t get to post earlier today. I slept in after last night. We had fun hanging out talking about life music and business. The ups the downs and the hope for a brighter future. We have different lives but we all have similar goals. Im truly blessed to have friends who motivate and at times educate. We all need to talk more and honestly just chill. The world is very crazy right now but it has always been crazy to me. Human beings are really cool. We create, build, invent, and so much more. These days people are literally bashing humanity and themselves. I find it kind of strange honestly. I mean I have my frustrations with people and the way we choose to live in this world but damn we’re not all that bad. Im trying to stay positive and you should too. Let’s start by working on ourselves first. Thats the one thing we can control ourselves! So start there. Workout, write something, grow something, etc. We can build a better place for all of us.
Wednesday thoughts
Dress good Speak good and be polite. Im not a person who judges by appearances but others do and I will never care what others think. That does’t mean I just stop caring how I look. Lately I’ve been trying to help people with their appearance not to please everyone else but to make them feel good about themselves! Thats why Im so passionate about getting fit and eating healthy. The only difference is Im not crazy lol. I will eat what I want every once in a while and enjoy a beer. When I go out in public I also make sure Im groomed showered and have decent clothes on. I’m not talking about suit and tie either. Just decent looking apparel. Suit and tie is right for certain occasions. Why am I talking about this? Well Im an artist and I may not be famous but when I go into public I make sure I look good. It’s as simple as this if you want to be taken serious. Then you have to take yourself serious! I don’t believe you need high name brand clothes either. Just be clean and dress good. Have a blessed day and stay Motivated!!!
Tuesday thoughts
Im up a little late today. I was up last night just thinking and trying to come up with some fresh ideas. That happens to me every once in a while these days. Im sipping on some coffee right now and working on some album art. I have to get a workout in today too. Im thinking I should start meditating again but its a challenge in my house lol. I used to enjoy going by the river and just sitting and thinking. I just want summer back so I can do some fishing! You all have a great day and keep pushing!
Friday Fitness
How do I stay on top of my workout schedule?
I get it over with! That doesn’t mean I rush through it but the earlier I start the better. If I can get it done in the morning Im good the rest of the day. Now I can focus on my work and helping around the house in the evening. It also gives me energy for the day. So Brew some coffee or grab a redbull and start the workout early! Wednesday Workout
I switched up my routine a little bit getting ready for summer. Im trying to get more tone than bulk.
Today my workout will look like this.
Pushups 4 sets
Military Press wit dumbbells 4 sets
Lat raises and front raises 4 sets I usually use the plates for front and 25 pound dumbbells for lat raises.
Squats and calve raises. 4 sets with plates and dumbbells
3 Full body workouts a week.
